In partnership with FIRST<\/em> CA and SWE-OC, our team hosted our third panel, Building an Engineering Career. We invited esteemed woman engineers to speak about their experiences in a male-dominated field as well as introduce young women to the numerous engineering fields available to them. Meghan Boyd<\/h4>

Meghan Boyd is the Division Operations Aftermarket Director for Parker Hannifin Military Flight Controls Divisions in Irvine, California.\u00a0 The Military Flight Controls Division designs, builds, and repairs actuators which control critical flight surfaces for military aircrafts.\u00a0 Meghan is currently pursuing a MBA from Washington State University, has a Master of Science degree from UCLA in Mechanical Engineering and an undergraduate degree from Westmont College in Mathematics.\u00a0 She also leads a business resource group for the Southern California region of Parker Hannifin, PeerW, to connect and engage women.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Le Louis<\/h4>

Le joined Raytheon Technologies in 2003 as a Systems Engineer. She supported a variety of programs ranging from fighter fire control radars to resilient navigation and reconnaissance solution, performing systems engineering roles including Integration and Test Lead, Lead Systems Security Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead, and Chief Engineer. Le received the Black Engineer of the Year Award as well as Technical Honors designation from Raytheon Technologies. Le holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master\u2019s degree in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
